The event's objective is to win by contributing as much Raw Copper as possible before the deadline! 
Simple. Well, there's a twist. You will compete against everyone else on the server, who will also collect copper to contribute more than you!

So how do you take part? There is an event 'well' at /warp resource where you can deposit your raw copper and watch your points increase in real-time! You can also view other players' points and who is currently in the top 10 contributor positions. Then, on the 10th, when the event ends, rewards will be distributed automatically to those holding the top 10 positions. But remember, only the players in the top 10 will get rewards, so it's all to play for until the final whistle blows!
